- This section of installation sections represents a great concern to us; we have a cooperative and integrated teamwork, using the most advanced technology and taking into consideration the best safety facilities; individuals and equipment safety.
- Our team group is prepared to install all types of switch devices for international companies, and is well-skilled at making and designing the different ways of cable ladders. Also Era Tech has the ability to install all kinds of subscribers, data, fiber, transmission and power cables.
Examples of switching projects:
The 94 project (DMS 100):
- Installing switch cabinets (CLCE- CLGO - DBCC- NET).
- Manufacturing cables of subscribers by the specialized tools.
- Concluding a plan for the data cables and installing them among cabinets.
- Distributing and installing power cables of the switch cables and setting up those cables in the distribution panel.
- Distributing and installing cables of alarms of the fire alarm.
As an example for the DMS 100 project, we have finished the station of Tanta central. The following is the diagram of switch room.
Design (5ESS):
- Installing switch cabinets (SM - CM - AM- SMC). Installing optical fiber cabinets.
- Installing cables of subscribers and setting up wiring for them inside MDF rooms.
- Installing cables of transmission and bunching them.
- Installing cables of data of the equipment (BIG - BIG P).
- Testing the system through cables of magic.
- Installing raised floors cleverly.
- Installing security doors and distributing alarm cables of them.
- Installing fire alarm within the switch.
- Installing MDF and setting the cable rack for it.
